TechSolutions (“we”, “us”) is a Ukrainian team providing WMS implementation, Shopify development, and AI automation services for e-commerce. This document explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, contact handle (email or Telegram username), service of interest, approximate budget and timeline, and your message. We also log your IP address and browser user-agent — used strictly for spam protection and abuse prevention.
We don’t collect payment data, identity documents, or other sensitive personal data.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to:
- respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement;
- prepare a project proposal;
- protect the site from automated abuse (honeypot, rate-limiting).
We don’t share your data with third parties for marketing, don’t sell it, and don’t use it for behavioral profiling.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are stored in our CRM for up to 3 years from your last contact. To request earlier deletion, write to info@ts.co.ua.
Who we share it with
Data may be shared with services needed to run the site:
- hosting provider (site and database storage);
- email provider (notifications for new inquiries).
We don’t use third-party advertising trackers or profiling services.
Cookies
The site uses a minimal set of technical cookies needed for WordPress to function. We don’t set marketing or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under Ukrainian law and GDPR, you have the right to:
- request a copy of your data;
- ask for correction or deletion;
- restrict processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
