TechGear Store is an electronics retailer with 2,000+ SKUs. The WooCommerce store was crashing on Black Friday, plagued with plugin conflicts and a mobile LCP of 6.4s.

In 3 weeks without downtime we migrated all products, orders, customers, custom fields and 301 redirects. We rebuilt the checkout, integrated Stripe + LiqPay, added Algolia search and ported Klaviyo segments. Parallel build → DNS switch in a low-traffic window.

Result — ×2.1 GMV in the first month after launch, LCP 1.8s, zero incidents on Black Friday.
