Arctic was launching a new line of premium canned soups — entirely new brand, no site, no customer base, no analytics. They needed to ship to market before the winter season.
In 4 weeks we built the brand (logo, packaging, photo style), launched the Shopify store, signed a Nova Poshta cold-delivery contract, and set up a Klaviyo welcome flow plus a Meta campaign.
Result — $80k revenue in the first 90 days, 2,800 Klaviyo subscribers.
