GearMax is an auto-parts retailer with 18,000 SKUs on Magento 1. The store kept crashing, updates were eye-wateringly expensive, and mobile bounce rate sat at 78%. They needed to migrate without losing organic traffic.
Over 7 weeks we ported the catalog, mapping 18k products to a Shopify structure, set up 18,000 redirects, and integrated Algolia for parts search (filters by make/model/year). Lighthouse 92.
Result — bounce −54%, organic traffic fully preserved by day 60.
