Studio 21 is a design-furniture company selling both to retail customers and to architects/designers (B2B with contract pricing). Their existing infrastructure was a separate legacy B2B portal plus a retail Shopify store, with no sync between them.
Over 10 weeks we consolidated everything into one Shopify Plus expansion: B2B flows via the Customer Account API with NET-30 payments, per-company contract pricing, shared catalog. A custom checkout extension handles repeat orders from design partners.
Result — both channels under one admin, B2B GMV +47% in the first quarter.
