Luna Beauty is a Ukrainian natural cosmetics brand. The old Shopify store had a mobile conversion of 0.8%, a checkout drop-off of 64% and seasonal navigation that drifted from collection to collection.
Over 8 weeks we redid the information architecture, rewrote PDPs around product factsheets (ingredients / benefits / how-to), rebuilt the checkout from a single page into a clean 3-step flow, and added Klaviyo flows for repeat purchases. Mobile-first design, Liquid without flashy JSON tricks.
Result — +43% conversion in 3 months, +18% AOV, 27% repeat purchases.
